Chroma Fiber and Bead Tapestry Bracelet Kit

Colors, color, and more color---more than a dozen different fibers are used in this eclectic bracelet. The design requires only two basic weaving stitches: simple over-under and soumak, an easy raised stitch that brings a wealth of texture despite its simplicity. Textured sections of variegated wool, silk, bamboo, rayon, linen and metallics are separated by perle cotton flat weaves, which are later decorated with gemstones, bugle beads, and seed beads. Closure is three round beads (amethyst, pearl or crystal by availability) with easy-to-operate woven buttonholes. Sizable up to 8.5". the complete kit includes the variegated fibers, cotton fibers, Toho, Miyuki and Czech seed and bugle beads, genuine turquoise, amethyst and lemon jasper beads, warp thread, beading nylon, beading needles. Ann Benson's no-finish bead loom recommended but not included. Please note that very minor variations in fiber colors will happen because of dye lot variations, but will not affect the overall look of the bracelet.
